• Occupation: Director of Sales & Marketing for L’Oreal, and VP of Marketing for a division of Procter & Gamble. Currently President of a Ventura-based data analytics, research, and marketing agency focused on sustainable, healthy fresh foods.

  and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Former Hydrologist with the County of Ventura in the Groundwater Division. Former Public Works Director, City of Ojai. Licensed Geologist (#9223).

Laurie Bennett, Treasurer

• Resident of Camarillo since 1992 and Ventura County since 1966.  Crestview Mutual Water Company shareholder since 2012. 

• Volunteer & Organizational Experience: Ventura County Contractor’s Association, current board member and Past President (2000/2001). Associated General Contractors of California-Tri-Counties District board member.  National Association of Women in Construction - Ventura County Chapter, Past President (1993-1994).  Rotary Club of Camarillo, Past President (2022/2023), current board member, Rotary District 5240 Community Service Chair 2023-2026. 

• Occupation: Operations Officer of Corporate Holding Company. Construction Contractor, second generation. Co-owner of closely held family businesses.  Residential, Commercial, Public Works, Highway & Roads Installation and Retail, wholesale distribution and manufacturing of fence material, highway metal beam guardrail and electronic entry devices.

Frank Mezzatesta, Secretary

• Grew up in Chicago, IL and moved to Glendale, CA in 1979 to work for Walt Disney Imagineering (41 years).  Retired and moved to Camarillo in 2020.  Patent holder for five patents and two Themed Entertainment Association (THEA) Awards.  Married with three children and three grandchildren.

• Occupation: Electrical/Software Engineer at various companies.  Most recently Walt Disney Imagineering where I led many multimillion dollar projects for various Disney Parks.  Retired 2020 as Executive and Engineer.  More details on my website (https://FrankMezzatesta.com).

• Crestview Mutual Water Company shareholder since 1999.  Resident of Ventura County for over 30 years. 

• Occupation:  Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Intelligence for a manufacturing company that specializes in component parts for Aerospace & Defense, Medical Devices, and Semiconductors.

• My professional experience includes holding various roles in Finance, Data Analytics, Transformation, and Strategic Planning. I have worked across multiple verticals that include Agriculture, Software, Energy, Manufacturing, and Education for both large ($5B) and small (Below $200M) corporations.

• I have served on boards of the California Association of Nurseries & Garden Centers and Nursery Growers Association including terms as President, Vice President, and Legislative & Regulatory Chair Person. I was an Agriculture Advisor to a California State Assemblymember. I am also a California Agriculture Leadership Foundation Fellow.
