An Easy Way to Pay Your Bill. Our online bill payment option saves you time and gives you more flexibility in how you pay your bill.
If you have an Internet connection and an e-mail address, you can now pay your bill online. It's fast, it's easy, and you no longer have to write a check each month or find a stamp when it's time to send in your payment. You can also select a paperless option for future billing statements.
E-Check: For payments made from a bank account, a $1.00 per transaction fee will apply.
Credit Cards: For payments made with a credit card, a fee of 2.25% of the transaction amount, plus $0.25 will apply.

WebShare Bill Pay Online Instructions
How It Works

We have partnered with WebShare, our provider for online bill payment service.

When you sign up for online bill payment, you will create a unique password that you will use to access your personal account at WebShare. Every month, you will receive a reminder e-mail to let you know when your bill is online.

Then, just log in through your Web browser and view your bill, which will look like the paper statement you're familiar with. Select a payment type - credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer - enter the information, and you're done!

It's that easy, and it only takes you a few minutes each month.
How to Sign Up

Click Here - We have partnered with WebShare to provide our shareholders with online bill payment options.

Click on "Create an Account" or "Checkout as Guest". If you've already created and account, you can log in with your e-mail address and password.

Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need a valid e-mail address to create an account. Once you've submitted your information, you will receive a default password by e-mail.

Log back in - Click Here - and log in using your e-mail address and password. Follow the instructions on the screen to use your WebShare account. You can also select paperless billing if you prefer.

Once you've created an account, you'll be able to go online at any time to view and pay your bills.

Q: What is WebShare?
A: WebShare is the service we have partnered with to handle our online bill payments. You access your account from their website.
Q: What payment choices do I have?
A: You can pay your bills with a credit or debit card, or you can transfer funds directly from your checking account.

A: We try to match the look of your paper statement as much as possible, so you'll find it easy to read your bill onscreen.
Q: What other information is available?
A: You can view recent history of your account online.
Q: Do I need to pay my bills from my computer?
A: Not at all. You can pay your bill from anywhere in the world! All you need is access to the Internet through a Web browser. You then log in to your account using your e-mail address and password. No need to worry about late payments if you're out of town when your bill is due.
Q: How do I know the payment went through?
A: After you complete the transaction, you can receive an e-mail receipt to confirm that your payment went through.
Q: Is my information safe?
A: Absolutely. All the transactions are handled on secure servers. As long as you don't give out your password, only you will be able to access your account. Plus, your personal information or e-mail address will not be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.
Delinquency Policy / Associated Fees

Once an account remains unpaid 45 days after the billing date, collection action is started.

On the 15th of the month following the month the bill is due, letters are sent requesting payment in full within 10 days to those shareholders that are delinquent in the amount of $20.00 and greater. A $10 fee is debited to the account for this notification.

If no payment is received by the scheduled due date indicated in the reminder letter (the 60 day mark), a disconnect warning letter is mailed requesting payment within 7 days, advising the shareholder of the termination date. A $20.00 shut-off notice fee is debited for this notification. Shareholders may dispute a bill or make alternate payment arrangements by telephoning the office at (805) 482-2001 during normal office hours.

If no payment has been received by the date indicated on the shutoff notice an no other arrangements have been made, the shareholder’s water service is set for termination by way of locking off the meter. A $60.00 fee debited to the account for meter lock-off.

If Crestview is called out after 4:30pm or before 7:00am to restore service, an additional $90.00 fee is debited to the account.

If a Company lock, meter, or other equipment is tampered with, additional charges will apply. Cut lock fee is $100.00.

All delinquent charges shall be collected by the 70th day of the original billing date.

Payment methods accepted at the office are checks and money orders. Please Note: Cash Payments are Not Accepted at the Office.
