Resident of Camarillo since 1988. Married with three children and seven grandchildren. Occupation: 30+ years as a vegetable farmer for Rio Farms, LLC. Over 30 years in food processing with Gills Onions, LLC.

Sol Chooljian, Vice President Elected March 1996
Resident of Camarillo since 1975. Board member since 1995; shareholder since 1987. Volunteered with the Camarillo Boys and Girls Club, Ventura County Boys Scouts, Camarillo Eagles Youth Soccer Club, Ventura County Fair Junior Livestock Auction Committee, California State University Channel Islands, and Regional Chair for UCLA Chancellor’s Associates.
Occupation: Management consultant over 40 years specializing in business planning and control, marketing, and product management. Prior management positions with large and small business concerns.

Doug Off, Treasurer Elected March 1996
Resident of Camarillo since 1976. Married with two children. Active on a volunteer basis with the California State University Channel Islands Business Advisory Council.
Occupation: Management of Ojai Oil Company (40+ years), which is involved in oil production, property management, communications, and farming.

Roger Whitlock, Secretary Elected April 2014
Resident of Ventura County since 1938. Crestview Mutual Water Company shareholder since 1970. Married with four daughters.
Occupation: Retired engineer for the Naval Weapons Center, Pt. Mugu (40+ years). Experience included environmental testing, reliability, Trident Program Manager, and Range Safety Officer.
